Today, the House voted on H.R. 4213, the American Jobs, Closing Tax Loopholes and Preventing Outsourcing Act. The House voted separately on the package in two pieces: first, the greater $89 billion portion containing an extension of unemployment insurance through November and numerous expiring tax provisions and revenue-raising offsets, which passed by a vote of 215-204.

Based on recent feedback from the CERT Review Contractor, WPS Medicare is aware that errors are being assessed for missing documentation of time spent with the beneficiary for individual psychotherapy services and missing treatment time for physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
